Choice of MAP sensor: MPX4115AP for normally-aspirated engines, or MPX4250AP for 2-BAR applications (Turbos or superchargers).

The anticipated time-line for the group purchase is as follows:

All payments should be received by Al Grippo by December 1, 2001. The dreaded " Deadbeat List" will appear at this time. Remember, this is a group purchase, and late mailing of payment will hold everyone else up and delay the timeline.

When all payments are received (hopefully by 12/1/2001), we will begin placing orders for the components and printed circuit boards. The lead time for the PCB fabrication is right around 4 - 5 weeks, but since this is the holiday season, there may be unknown delays - we will keep everyone in the loop on the progress. This should put us right at the first of the year.

When we receive all components, PCB, and case, we will begin programming the flash and boxing up the units. Then we can begin shipping units - the first units should begin to ship right around 1/15/2002 - shipping order will follow the group signup order.

We hope the above time schedule illustrates the target dates for the group purchase. When we hosted the EFI332 4-layer group purchase a while back, we learned the hard way that time schedules can slip out significantly, especially during the holidays. So, the above schedule is a goal, provided that everything falls into place.
